The result? We completely redesigned the user experience on Ceta’s website. By specifically targeting first-time visitors who may not have an understanding of the technical terminology used by property professionals, we were able to deliver a site that greatly improved customer usability.

Mobile Friendly
Mobile was a clear objective from the stakeholders to strengthen the Ceta Infinity sign up process – led by the data a clear focus on customer experience was devised. Animation and motion transitions were added, improving the overall usability of the site helped to improved click-through rate.
Outcome
ROI: 67% increase on infinity platform signups, 45% uplift for new enquiries, bounce rate fell to just 4.5%
