Milwaukee Display Builder
Challenge
Milwaukee have over 3000 accessories in the range and over 400 Handtools. Having such a large range is great but it can be often difficult selling into a customer what a standard 1m profile will look like with all the accessories.
Order too many sku’s and the display looks unprofessional and doesn’t sell. Order too few and the wall looks empty and doesn’t sell. The only way for this to work is for a salesman to build an estimated profile of what they think will work. Order it, test it, and then go back to the dealer with the offer. This can be time consuming and lead to missed opportunity in sales.
Our challenge was to overcome these hurdles.
