I began my career in design in 2004 and have had the privilege of working at some fantastic companies inspired by very talented people. Ranging from Large corporates, Media houses and now for the last seven years a small agile agency based in the south east and notts.

Through this varied experience, I have been able to perfect my craft on a variety of projects for both high profile and small scale brands. I am a family first, proud father of two young boys, husband and truly happiest when making a difference.

My process

Discover

The first date stage, this is where we meet, talk, video chat and go over everything from the design problem, deliverables, budget and decide whether we go on a second date.

Collaborate

It looks like we made it this far, now its time to collaborate, once we've dotted the i's and cross the t's we get started.

Understand

This is where the magic happens. Now we kick on and start to unfold the problem in hand. We can achieve this via a variety of methods; sprints, user research, focus groups speaking with your team, from the salesperson to CCO everyone needs to get involved. This phase is the most essential for any design problem, whether it be for a creative advertising campaign, complex prototype or digital web app. The research point is pivotal.

Start

It's now hot and heavy. Once we've collated all the info from phase three I get down to work. We share updates regularly and are transparent, ego-free and face the challenges head-on and keep moving uphill.

Repeat

This is only the beginning. The project is finished, the results are in. We then consider what's next from the insight we've gained. Iterate, change and improve.
